More About Toxicity and Dis-Ease
After a brief of last week’s content to get us up to speed we went on with the idea of toxicities and their effect on our dis-ease.
First we got a bit sidetracked with the germ theory vs. milieu theory of infections – a good discussion/listen in itself! It shows the backwards logic of Western thinking and how it gets twisted up with economics and reputation and conventional wisdom.
The point of the Renegade Heart Show is to get us outside of that box and have the courage to really think and take the thoughts to their logical end, regardless of the consequences.
Two “maxims” also came out of this part of the discussion the last two weeks:
- You can’t solve a problem by killing it
- Microorganisms show up to clean up dis-ease in a body with low life force; they do not cause dis-ease
We then refocused on the idea of toxicity and dis-ease.
- Toxic substances
- Biologics
- Chemicals
- Viruses
- Metals
These work by shutting down metabolic pathways and electron transport systems necessary for enzyme and chemical reactions to occur.
One reason I like the MAR so much is Dr. Taylor talks about detoxifying before doing any building. This is key.
- Toxic thoughts
- I’m not good enough (to ……) (fill in the blank)
- It’s not my fault (blame someone else)
- I’m the victim here (a corollary to the blame card)
Deepak Chopra and many others point out that thought is energy and as such gets expressed in the physiology of our bodies. Negative energy thoughts produce negative results or dis-ease in our bodies.
- Toxic emotions
- Bradley Nelson, DC, of “The Emotion Code” lists 60 emotions that result in various dis-eases, of all parts of our bodies
- Anger, Fear, Lust, Worry, Worthlessness, Low Self-Esteem are but a few
- Toxic spiritual ideas
- God is a judge
- I have to perform or earn spiritual approval or love
- My way/doctrine is the only right way to “heaven”
None of these are in line with what Yeshua demonstrated for us when he set forth the Love principle of “Love God, Love Yourself, Love your Neighbor”. In fact, the only thing he railed against was the oppression and bondage, the dis-ease, brought about by just this type of thinking and theology. Gerald O’Donnell says if we love properly we don’t have dis-ease.
We covered a lot fairly quickly and could spend days on each topic!
Be sure to listen to the entire show to get the entire content and discussion. And be sure to comment below, then join us next week!
Until next time,

Chopra & Soul, Hendricks & Success, O’Donnell & Creation, Renegadopathy
Today, after a 6-week hiatus, we begin with Dr. Chopra’s new book, Reinventing the Body, Resurrecting the Soul and his definition of “soul”. He has some interesting comments about it but basically would equate it to what I call “heart”.
We then take a slight detour, but an important one, talking about success in any or all areas of life. Mark Hendricks, a very successful internet marketer, is offering his “Ultimate Success Program” which I am finding very helpful, regardless of what venue in which you wish to be successful. I highly recommend it.
From there we talk about Gerald O’Donnell of ARVARI and his Remote Viewing, Remote Influencing training. He has given interviews recently which are fascinating.
In
one
he discusses the true nature of creation,
and in the
other
he puts into the big picture what is going on with the “world disasters” like the tsunami in the South Pacific, Hurricane Katrina, earthquake in Haiti, and the more recent Gulf Oil Leak.
That leads directly into a message we heard last week from a preacher who got his idea from a marketer. He talks about functioning from your What, your How and your Why. The “Why” is also a vision or a “Dream” and it is the Dream that motivates us and draws others to us and provides Life. Without the Dream, as scripture says, we perish.
We finish up with the Renegade Doc talking about his Dream for health and where we could go and what we could be in that department. Part of that dream is a restructuring of the information being offered. A recent series of articles on this blog written about arthritis helped him crystallize his approach to healing and what he calls “Renegadopathy™”.

Backyard Project, Chopra & Time
This evening we began with a short discussion about my backyard project. For more details go to the blog, The Urban Farmer. Also be sure to check out my friend’s DVD on Growing Tomatoes for Health and Wealth noted in the sidebar to your right. Besides some great info on tomatoes, he also gives insight on business mindset and principles that apply across the board.
The intent with the backyard project is to alter the landscape to make it a “massage room” environment, an extension of my massage room that has an exit into the backyard.
Then we got to the meat of the evening, discussing Deepak Chopra’s newest book, Reinventing the Body, Resurrecting the Soul. In particular we talked about the fifth breakthrough, Making Time Your Ally. (What Dr. Chopra calls “breakthroughs” I would call “Renegade Ideas”!)
He points out that “time” is really an imbalance between energy expended and energy gained. Later in the chapter he points out that at the point where time and timelessness meet is where the soul is. “Be still and know that I am God.” Deep quietness, time standing still.
He also points out that what makes “time” have its effect on our bodies are things that cause disruption or chaos in our daily rhythms.
He has a very practical list of things to do to alter and to bring back into balance those things. Don’t be distracted, don’t multitask, keep regular hours, don’t do high risk endeavors, etc.
I am also posting these on my Facebook Your Health Matters page in an ongoing feature I call “Chopra Tips”.
Go in Health,
Dr Jon

Does God Heal Today?
Today we want to pick up where we left off last time. It’s been a couple of weeks due to technical difficulty with the server last week, but here we go.
The question on the table last time when we left the show was:
“Does God Heal Today?”
First we talked about “God” being different than the “God” taught by Christianity and church and standard theology. I prefer to use the term “Father” or some such endearing term for He is Close, Loving, Intimate, Caring, Respectful and Helpful, as pointed out by Darin Hufford in his book, “The Misunderstood God.”
Next we answered the question simply “Yes” and “No”.
We told a story about Malcolm Smith and Miracles of Power and Miracles of Wisdom.
We told the story of Yeshua asking an ill person, “Do you WANT to be healed?”
We talked about Father healing us because He is merciful, because He wants to show us and others He is Present and Cares.
We talked about Father not healing us because He is after something deeper, more important in us.
Bottom line, Father is about transforming us at the HEART level, not just “fixing” our body.
We talked about the fact that there is a LOT of information available that will help us heal if we will only open our minds and hearts to receive it. Much of this is outside the realm of modern medicine because they have blinded themselves to it. Dr. Chopra talks about Awareness, Adam talks about everything being Light, Dr. Pearl talks about frequencies and all of these bring changes in our bodies that we call healing.
Finally we reviewed the argument that the Apostle Paul wasn’t healed, pointing out that he was, usually, healed, even raised from the dead at one point. However, the relationship he had with Father included one issue that he continually dealth with for some other reason. It is not for us to know all the personal details in some person’s life as it relates to Father. It is certainly not a basis upon which to make a theological decree!
In summary, Father is all about restoring Relationship between us and Him, first and foremost. This is what it is all about!
Until next time,
Go in health,
Dr Jon
