How to use Hydrogen Peroxide – Practical Aspects

PURCHASE

1. Set up a Paypal account at http://www.paypal.com

This is free but needs a bank account to be tied to.

2. Go to the Guardian of Eden website, H2O2 page at       http://www.dfwx.com/h2o2.htm

3. Order 1 quart of “Guardian Of Eden Certified 35% Food Grade    Hydrogen Peroxide

for $26.93 + $19.23 for Shipping and Handling

4. Order 1 “BLUE COBALT DROPPER BOTTLE” (assumedly holds 30 ml or 1 oz.) on the same web page

for $2.27 + $0.43 in Shipping and Handling

This totals $48.86

5. Purchase 2 gallons of distilled water from your local grocery store (unless you have the capability to make it yourself).

You will need 2 – 3 more by the end of the month but can get a gallon per week so it will be fresh.

6. Go to amazon.com  and purchase a 50 ml All Glass Graduated Cylinder

for $3.75 + $4.09 shipping.

Your total is now a whopping $56.70 to online stores plus 4 gallons of distilled water at your local grocer, about $65 altogether!

Once all this arrives you are ready to start!

PREPARE

1. Clean and rinse the graduated cylinder with distilled water.

2. Pour (use a small funnel if you need to) distilled water into the 50 ml graduated cylinder up to the 22 ml mark.

3. Now carefully pour 35% Hydrogen Peroxide into the graduated cylinder up to the 24 ml mark.  This is only 2 ml, not very much!  Have a paper towel under your work area to catch any drips and do not get any drips on your fingers.  If you do you will get a stingy, itchy sensation and your skin will go white though it will not seriously hurt you.

4. When done pouring the peroxide put the capped bottle back into a cool place for storage.

5. Pour the 24 ml of diluted hydrogen peroxide (3% solution) from the graduated cylinder into the cleaned and rinsed blue cobalt dropper bottle.  Label it “3% Hydrogen Peroxide”.  This is what you will use internally.

GET HEALTHY!

1. Today is the day!  Put 3 drops (NOT dropper fulls!) with the blue cobalt dropper bottle dropper into 6 – 8 ounces of distilled water from your gallon jug.

Note: if you stick with 6 ounces one gallon will last just a week.  By buying 2 gallons to start you have some extra so you can go to 8 ounces if you prefer.  6 – 8 ounces is a standard glass full.

2. Repeat this dosage, 3 drops in 6 – 8 ounces of distilled water two more times today.  Morning, noonand evening make good times to do this.

3. Tomorrow, day two, put 4 drops of diluted, 3% hydrogen peroxide, in 6 – 8 ounces of distilled water and do this three times that day.

4. Day three put 5 drops of 3% hydrogen peroxide in 6 – 8 ounces of water and do this three times that day.

5. Each day increase by one drop per dose, three times each day until on the 23rd day you will put 25 drops of 3% hydrogen peroxide in 6-8 ounces  of distilled water three times per day.

6. On day 18 or 19 you will need to repeat the preparation procedure as in section 2 above, again putting 22 ml of distilled water in the graduated cylinder and adding 2 ml of 35% Food Grade Hydrogen Peroxide.  You can do this anytime the volume in the dropper bottle gets low but if you think 24 ml will overfill the dropper bottle add 11 ml of water and 1 ml of hydrogen peroxide to make half the usual amount.

7. On day 24, add only 3 drops of 3% hydrogen peroxide to 6-8 ounces of distilled water and do this each day thereafter as a maintenance dose.

For more serious medical problems you can continue at 25 drops of 3% hydrogen peroxide for a couple of weeks and then maintain at 10 – 15 drops in 6 – 8 ounces of distilled water three times per day until you feel well enough to stay at the 3 drop per dose level.  Listen to your body and let it guide you.

If you get an adverse reaction at some dosage level, such as flu-like symptoms, nausea, or vomiting, for the next dose use the amount at which you last felt comfortable and stay at that dose for two or three days or until the  reaction is over.  Then increase by one drop per dose and continue up the dosage chart.  Do this each time you get an adverse reaction, if at all.  Remember, the goal isn’t to take hydrogen peroxide, it is to get well!

Here is the dosage chart in chart form.  Check off each dose so you can keep track of where you are.
