It comes from an expert, Bob Proctor.
In an interview by Ryan Higgins of Mind Movies, Mr. Proctor was talking about the need for repetition and said we need to go back to when we were kids.
Earlier in the same interview he noted that imagination is what we did a lot of as kids, but when we went to school that was drummed out of us (“Stop daydreaming, Johnny!”).

Even the expert says we need to be childlike!
